PPI DEADLINE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED
PPI DEADLINE HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED & NEW RULES
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) which regulates the Financial Services Industry which means that time is running out. We have been warning people that a deadline will be announced for the last year and now we have a final date.
YOU ONLY HAVE UNTIL 29 AUGUST 2019 TO SUBMIT YOUR CLAIM
In some cases your time will run out earlier if you bank has contacted you to say that you have had PPI before. If you have ever considered making a mis-sold PPI claim for compensation YOU NEED TO CLAIM NOW! Whether you attempt to do this own or use a professional Claims Management Company such as PPI Claims Scotland you need to start your claim now before you lose your right to make a claim.
Andrew Bailey, Chief Executive of the FCA said:
“Putting in place a deadline and campaign will mean people who were potentially mis-sold PPI will be prompted to take action rather than put it off. We believe that two years is a reasonable time for consumers to decide whether they wish to make a complaint.” It is estimated that there have been over 50 MILLION POLICIES SOLD but only 12 million have been checked!
There has also been a change to the rules that have been announced which means that we can win even more cases. We already have over 99% success rate (where our client has had PPI) but this will push us even closer to 100%!
